Max AI Mobile App Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Max AI mobile app (the “App”) of the MaxGPT service (maxgpt.ru). By installing or using the App you accept these terms.

1. What the service does

The App gives you access to the features of the MaxGPT service: conversations with AI models, image and video generation, speech recognition, work with files and other tools. Answers are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies — verify anything important.

2. Account and guest access

Some features work without registration, within the limits of the free tier. Full access requires a MaxGPT account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. The App is not intended for anyone under 13 years of age. You can delete your account from the App’s settings — what happens to the data is described in the privacy policy.

3. Subscription and credits

The App contains no in-app purchases. Subscriptions and credits are bought on the maxgpt.ru website and apply in the App automatically once you sign in. Plan terms are set by the service’s public offer at maxgpt.ru/offer (in Russian).

4. Acceptable use

  • do not use the App to break the law or to infringe the rights of others;
  • do not request or distribute material prohibited by law;
  • do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its limits or gain unauthorized access;
  • respect intellectual property rights in anything you upload.

5. Content

You keep the rights to the material you upload. You grant the service the right to process it to the extent needed to run the App’s features. Use of generated material is subject to the terms of the AI model providers and to applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of AI answers.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
